The Company’s operating system may automatically record some general information about your visit to the Website. This Policy and its validity, construction, enforcement, and interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to choice of law rules. You agree that any action concerning the terms of this Policy, which are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set forth above, shall be brought exclusively in the Courts situated in New York, New York, USA, and you agree to accept service of process pursuant to the New York Rules and procedures.




If either you or we choose to litigate any claim, then you and we agree to waive the following rights: RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE COMPANY WHETHER IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION.
